I have used USS for 5 years now in 3 different hotels. The service is excellent, no nonsense, can do attitude displayed by the company is an asset to any busy hotel. As the hotels never “shut down” the works are often under very challenging time constraints. USS have accommodated all the demands of busy hotel, even if that meant weekend night works. Wealth of Paul’s experience in tackling the most difficult jobs is second to none and Paul is always ready to provide honest advice which is invaluable.

We use USS for specialist cleaning services like window cleaning, roof and gutter cleaning, specialist floor care, carpet cleaning and deep cleaning. USS have always provided a good level of service, works being completed as requested and to the standard required. The management team are always available and flexible if works need to be changed.
