We have been providing services to the hotel since it opened in October 2015 and the hotel continually scores above 97% in its annual quality assurance audits leading to a customer satisfaction score of 75% or above which surpasses the Hilton brand standard.

It’s always nice to receive positive feedback about the service we deliver to our customer’s and in particular praise for the hard work and dedication of our staff and today on a wet and windy Monday, it was with delight that we were notified one of our Supervisor’s had been awarded Associate of the Month by the leading 5* hotel he works at.

Adrian Gawor has worked for USS since March 2015 and received a certificate and £100 for his effort.

The hotel manager said “Adrian should be immensely proud of his quality nomination and the panel had no hesitation in making a final decision.  We know the effort and time Adrian has continuously put into his job, especially in the last few months and it is great that this is recognised by our guests, his colleagues and the management team.”
